Bob Antczak Dip Arch, RIBA, ARIAS
Partner - Architect based in Peterhead Bob Antczak joined McAdam Design in 1974, becoming an Associate in 1981 and a Partner in 1983. Responsible for the running of both offices, he has a broad spectrum of experience in many types of development, particularly in the North East with its changing economic climate relating to the North Sea gas and oil industry. Another particular speciality is in restoration work, overseeing work at the award-winning Aden Country Park and, more recently, Bath House in Peterhead. Bob is also an active member of the Peterhead business community. |

George Caldwell BSc(Hons), C Eng, MICE Associate - Civil and Structural Engineer based in Peterhead George Caldwell joined McAdam Design in 1977 and became an Associate in 1987. He is responsible for running the structural and civil engineering aspects of the firm's business. His experience is wide and diverse in areas of steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures as applied to many building types. He has particular experience in the design of blast resistant structures at the St Fergus Gas Terminal, as well as many other civil engineering applications. George is an SER Approved Certifier of Design. |

Peter Griffiths BSc, Dip Arch, RIBA Associate - Architect based in Aberdeen Peter Griffiths joined McAdam Design in 1979 and became an Associate in 1984. His experience encompasses both the public and private housing sectors with a special interest in commercial and industrial buildings. Recent projects include the design of office and workshop business centres throughout Aberdeenshire. |

ChrisTauber BSc(Hons), C Eng, MICE, MAPS Civil and Structural Engineer based in Aberdeen Chris Tauber joined McAdam Design in 1979 and provides civil and structural engineering design services over a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. He is a member of the Association of Planning Supervisors, and can carry out duties required by CONDAM Regulations, as well as being an SER Approved Certifier of Design. Chris has also worked on civil engineering projects in Africa for relief agencies. |
